Media:
The media pass is designed for individuals who want to record (videography, write, type, photograph or audio) interactions or observations for purposes such as interviewing, podcasting, news reporting, and documenting. Those with a media pass will have access to designated interaction areas designed for interviewing or can easily interact with anyone at the commoners section or outside on camera. Any other areas you are interested in recording must get approval from the main event organizer. Recorded interactions should resemble interviews, and any personal-like media, such as pictures or videos, must be done at a paid booth section. Each crew member, including camera operators, must purchase a media pass. If a camera operator is needed, you can request an available staff member from the runway for a set fee. If no one is available, then you are out of luck. Recordings at the runway must not cause annoyance, and violating this may result in a warning or expulsion. For clarifications on what is the difference between a ticket and a pass. A ticket is referring to an entry fee to gain access to the runway and where you would be positioned to watch the runway at. A pass is what kind of privileges you will have at the runway.
